Full-time, long-term Amazon Business Virtual Assistant needed to hit the ground running and support our business on
Candidate must be a fast learner. Skills/experience must haves:?
- 1+ years experience supporting an online Amazon business
- Managing FBA inventory: restocks, forecasts and re-orders from local 3PL warehouses or China to USA
- Experience booking Amazon FBA shipments (LTL, SPD, etc.)
- Must have WeChat account for liaising with freight forwarders and suppliers
- Creating, managing and evaluating Lightning Deals, 7 Day Deals, coupon campaigns
- Monitoring keyword rank, BSR, sub-category rankings, and competition
- Excellent with Google Sheets / Excel for daily and weekly business reporting
- Managing a database of expenses, invoices, cost of goods
- Checking invoices from vendors and suppliers for accuracy
- Experience editing Amazon listings (flat file experience preferred)
- Troubleshooting suppressed listings, stranded inventory, policy violations
