Social Media Coordinator & Photo Editor

We are looking for someone who can enthusiastically perform various tasks necessary to grow online footprint as well as our new online catalogs. Someone with social media & Photo Editing is needed
Job Description:

Social Media Coordinator:
Creating and sending out social media content on all major platforms as it relates to the brand
• Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the brand footprint
• Keep an eye on the social media market to develop media marketing campaigns
• Interact with customers via the social media accounts daily... LIKE & SHARE post, making appropriate comments.
• Oversee the Social Media marketing plan and strategy. Identifying strategic, weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements, when needed
• Researching/ keeping up with social media trends, make changes, when needed and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
• Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPI

Photo Editor
Photo Editor for eCommerce

• Use photo editing software to retouch, change background of the photo, etc..
• Organize, rename, and resize image files and inventory properly into a variety of social media sites as well as, the website.
• Ensure quality of photos and content before posting imagery to e-commerce and social media, also upload photos with content on proper local sharing channels
• Communicate project progress, potential challenges and editing projects on a timely basis is key
(Provide timely feedback on project timeline, concerns and progress)
• Other web design and graphic design skills is helpful.


Must Haves:
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal
• Research and data entry skills (Administrative)
• Calendar Management experience
• Customer Support experience (replying to online comments when needed)
• Ability to create and publish relevant content to the social media platform as well as supervise and monitor.
• Ability to build online brand post and comment.
