Marketing Manager/Specialist

We are an Australian/Brisbane based Digital Marketing Agency looking for a highly driven Marketing Manager (very competitive salary)

Scope of work includes :
1. Able to manage marketing campaigns for clients (Facebook, Instagram, PinTerest)
2. Able to manage/lead a team of marketing specialists (as of now it is only one other person)
3. Able to handle day-to-day operations relating to Client Marketing initiatives
- Project Management Software (Clickup)
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - able to learn existing SOPs and create new ones where necessary
4. Agile: Able to find solutions outside of one's scope to ensure company progress & development
5. Graphic Design skills are recommended (Photoshop, Figma, Canva, etc.)
6. Quick and effective communication with team throughout the day

Educational requirement:
~ Degree in Marketing Management and/or Project Management

Experience requirement:
~ +1 years in a Marketing Management role
~ +1 years in a Marketing Manager role

The starting salary is 36,000 Pesos and for this particular position, as the company grows its client-base, the salary can increase to above +50,000 pesos.
