Looking for Full Time Salesperson for an LED Lighting Company, $1200-2500

We are searching for another FULL TIME Salesperson to help with closing our existing leads.

Please note that this is FULL COMMISSION BASED. We are looking for winners, not people who want the safety of a base salary with no room to make more money based on performance...

Every single lead is already pre-qualified and I'm not kidding when I say that without any effort whatsoever, you should close an average of 1 deal a day. Most people close 2-3 a day. Average commission per sale is $50 so doing the numbers... the sky's the limit in terms of earning ---------- addition, we offer Bi-Weekly Incentives if you are able to hit your weekly goals.

We need COACHABLE people only!!!!! Must be able to learn how to handle objections, how to say things in the right tonality, and how to close every single lead that is closable as quickly as possible. We are also looking for people who are ambitious as we are looking to fill any management or senior management roles internally based on internal performance.

That being said, we are not micromanagers and don't even have Regular Sales Meetings. You control your own time and the only thing you are expected to do is maintain a high close rate.

This is NOT the right fit if you want a workplace where there's a lot of rules and regulations or where you have to deal with office politics

This is the job for people who want to make as much money as possible in as little time as possible in an environment that allows you to have as much freedom as possible (within reason)
