The Human Resources (HR) manager will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative and operational support to our global staff located across North America, Central & Western Europe Regions, and Asia Pacific.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate end to end process of setting up new recruitment requests, liaising with Functional Directors and hiring managers across all regions
Execute HR operational processes and documentation (as required) for all people movements such as new hires, status changes, domestic transfers, secondments, mobility visa letters, parental leave, flexible work arrangements, leave of absences, and departures
Maintain up to date employee files and liaise with payroll on all changes to employment terms for individuals and external contractors
Coordinate the Outside Contractor process, administer contracts, support onboarding processes and audits to ensure compliance
Continual process improvement to ensure our HR processes are streamlined and effective
Maintaining information and ensuring data integrity in our people information system
Qualifications:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
Strong administrative experience working in a fast-paced environment
Confidence in digital tools (e.g., GoogleMeet, Slack, Asana), and enthusiasm to innovate and explore new ways of using tools that you can upskill the rest of the team
