Shopify Store Speed Optimization Expert

Hi all,

We are looking to hire a Shopify Store Speed Optimization Expert to join our team, expanding the services that we offer at Vivity.

They will be in charge of the A to Z fulfilment process of going into the Shopify Stores and doing the following.

- Lazy loading.
- Defer and Async CSS and JS.
- Make your site load fast like a god damn rocket.
- Do a deep dive into the backend code of your shopify store and optimize it.
- Optimize all of your fat 4mb photos into something that doesn’t need NASA wifi to load.
- Eliminate render-blocking resources to avoid FCP problems.
- Minify all of your code HTML, CSS & JS files.
- Load all scripts asynchronously.

I don’t really know what the above things mean or are but pretty much, you have to be good at what you do and be able to optimize the heck out of shopify stores to lower their website loading speed to something really really really good.

This job will be paid hourly and will be dependent on how many projects we do everyday, after 1-2 weeks of our trial period with working with you, we should be able to offer you a full-time position working with us.
