Credit Sales Specialist (Closer)

We are a credit repair business looking for talented and driven sales individuals who are looking for a career in the world of credit repair. Sales specialists will be in a fast past environment working remotely to close sales calls with warm leads that are brought to them. On top of this, they will be expected to manage a funnel of contacts and continue to work their funnel of potential credit repair clients.

Sales specialists are given the freedom to work on their own for daily sales activities except for weekly meetings and any questions that may arise.

We have a full support credit team to guide through any in-depth credit report questions, review credit reports as well as be full customer support so sales specialists can focus on sales.

Responsibility/Requirements:
• 1-3 Years of Phone/Cold Call Sales Experience
• CRM Proficient (Any Kind)
• Credit repair/Credit Restoration/Banking/Loan Experience a plus, not required
• Very strong communication skills, fluent in English (Spanish a plus)
• Self-starter, highly motivated
• Willing to develop into a role as a closer in 3-6 months
• Ability to achieve outbound Sales activity and meet targets on a consistent weekly basis
• Meet or exceed weekly sales goals
• Very organized, able to follow a daily sales routine
• Ensure all data is properly maintained and updated in the CRM & provide daily/weekly progress reports
• Gain in-depth knowledge of credit repair business, credit reports, consumers, industry trends, etc.

Benefits:
• The role is 100% commission based
• Sales specialists will be paid on a bi-weekly basis on a percentage breakdown of sales
• Daily Sales Commission breakdown: 1-3 Sales: 5% of total sale 4-5 Sales: 10% of total sale 6> Sales: 15% of total
• Sales are expected at $997 per repair ---------- mission - $50-$150 USD per sale?
• Monthly Bonuses for Exceeding Quotas

Physical Requirement:
• Role is fully remote
• Expected 40 hours of work per week - M-F (8 hours per day)
• 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. has worked best
Customers may ask for Saturday or nighttime calls. Expected to close deals where you can.
