Full Time Amazon SEO Assistant

We are a successful and growing toys and stationary company looking for an assistant to help with Amazon optimization, research, and operations in the following Amazon marketplaces – USA, Canada, UK, EU x 4, and Japan.

We are looking for driven and intelligent person to fill the FULL TIME role of Amazon SEO Assistant in our company. This role would be 8 hours per day, 5 days per week during regular Filipino office hours. Filipino statutory holidays would be granted. Successful applicant would start immediately. Our goal is to develop a long term working relationship with the right person.

You are expected to perform the following tasks:

1. Administrative Tasks
a. Organize digital files

2. Amazon listing optimization:
a. Indexing of important keywords and phrases
b. Keyword ranking and trends for important keywords and phrases
c. Suggest changes to title, bullets, description based on data analysis
d. Suggest keywords to target based on PPC search term reports / AMS / Other sources
e. Testing of listing changes

3. Amazon account monitoring – Daily / Weekly / Monthly check on:
a. Changes to listings, Changes to account settings

4. Competitor Monitoring:
a. Create competitor list by SKU and keep updated. Report back on new market entry and status change by competitor if any

5. Daily Work Report:
a. Daily feedback on tasks accomplished, still in the queue, things that management should take note of, etc.

Requirements:

1. Experience with Amazon Seller Central in a private label company is preferred but not absolutely required. Attention to detail and ability to manage data within Excel is a must. Also, in the subject line of your application reply, please write
