JOB OVERVIEW

We’re on a mission to help entrepreneurs step into their role as CEO, scale their business and their freedom. We offer coaching programs that help entrepreneurs develop sustainable growth strategies, streamlined operations and transformational leadership.

I’m seeking a tech-savvy, systems-minded, part-time Operations Manager/OBM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a roll-up-your-sleeves get-it-done attitude; they’ll be team-oriented with a curious mind and eager to learn. This person must be well-organized, highly detailed, and a self-starter.

This person will be responsible for providing efficient and confidential support to our owner and team, improving productivity by completing a myriad of business operations tasks. This person must be dedicated, focused, and extremely detail oriented.

Roles and responsibilities will include any of the following:
• Project Management
• Tech – tool setup, management, and integration (ClickUp, ActiveCampaign, ThriveCart, Dubsado, Acuity, Canva, Zapier, Wordpress [Thrive Themes], MemberVault, etc.)
• Proofreading and Quality Assurance
• Systems & SOP Creation & Management
• Proactively solving problems and seeking opportunities to increase efficiencies in the business.
• Always looking to see where other tea ---------- mbers might need help and pitching in when possible.
• Display a great, positive attitude, and is open to feedback and suggestions.
• Graphic Design & Funnel Building
• Bonus, but not required: SEO Knowledge, Content Writing/Repurposing (Ex. Podcast Show Notes)

YOU
• Have a proven ability to pay meticulous attention to detail and have a demonstrated commitment to quality, with a high level of accuracy in all output
• Have excellent time management skills, a high sense of urgency, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines
• Are available to work from 8am-1pm Eastern (New York Time Zone) daily and attend weekly tea ---------- etings
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Are independent and self-sufficient, but also know when to ask for help or clarification
• Are ready to grow with the business and become a trusted tea ---------- mber that the business relies on in order to grow
• Are eager to learn all aspects of the business and then as we grow hire and train other tea ---------- mbers whom you will manage
• Consistent with quality and communication
• Initiates and responds to suggestions for improving
• Either familiar with or willing to learn ClickUp, ActiveCampaign, WordPress, Acuity, Zapier, Google Drive & Docs, ThriveCart, Dubsado, Canva and Zoom

Requirements
As we’re looking for an ideal fit, our new OBM will likely possess what we’ve listed below:
• 2+ years of experience (experience for a business coach is a bonus) in a company where it’s not just about making sure things work, but where efficiency matters and systems are documented.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload for yourself and others.
• Critical thinking, analytical, & problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects under pressure.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at any one time.
• Operate in a fast moving environment and adhere to deadlines while producing high quality work each and every time.
• Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our tea ---------- mbers grow and learn.
• Be a problem solver and think ahead to ensure any challenges don’t greatly impact project progress or outcomes.
• Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them.

What a Sampling of Project Needs May Look Like in a Month
• Set up Project Plans and ensuring tea ---------- mbers meet deadlines
• Review and Approve work for quality assurance
• Schedule Emails/Blog Posts, etc.
• Build Funnel Pages for new lead magnet and integrate with email provider
• Update Client Onboarding workflow
• Set up new checkout cart and integrate with email platform to trigger onboarding sequence
• Automate new email nurture sequence
• Set up evergreen webinar tech
• Create and/or approve SOPs

Must have:
• Strong Internet Access
• 20 hours per week available with potential for growth
