Easy Home Pros is a Real Estate Company, looking for two new rockstars to add to the Family. This is a long term, full time position. Must be trustworthy, competitive, able to think on your feet, and determined to reach goals in life! Applicants with a real estate background in cold calling will be a plus!!

Responsibilities Entail:
**Showing Up To Work On Time. Being Coachable & Team Player
**Using our multi line dialer to reach out to potential prospects. Building a connection and gathering vital information about prospects property(s).
** Implementing qualified leads into our CRM every shift
**Being organized and staying on top of daily tasks

Qualifications Must Be:
**Must have a quiet workstation to perform calls consistently
**Noise cancelling headset
**Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
**Stable wired internet connection of at least 3 MBPS
**Backup internet (pocket wifi)
**Must be able to work full-time & work Saturdays

Compensation:
***Starting Pay $5/hr
***Quarterly Bonuses
***Annual Raise
