JOB OVERVIEW

I am a professional entertainer a full-time virtual executive assistant to manage a variety of administrative tasks, including answering and scheduling emails, providing customer service to potential and current clients, organizing schedules and calendars, and data entry and organization.

Requirements and Experience:
-Excellent verbal and written English language skills
-Experience in customer service
-Excellent organization and scheduling skills
-Experience working with a CRM is a plus
-Experience with cold email outreach and lead generation is an asset
-Social media experience is a plus
-Availability from ~9 AM to 5 PM Mountain Standard Time

Responsibilities include:
-Corresponding with current and potential clients
-Scheduling sales calls, bookings, and other appointments in a calendar
-Generating leads managing email outreach campaigns
-Summarizing and sending sales call information sent to clients
-Track information in a CRM system
-Creating and sending out invoices, contracts, and other documents to clients
