Amazon Customer Service Assistant

Our company sells a wide range of costumes on multiple marketplaces worldwide. We are looking for a person who can electronically manage our Customer Service on Amazon as their main task. This will involve replying to customer e-mail in a timely manner, completing all related tasks, for example compiling shipment and product information for customers and liaising with other sectors of the business via e-mail (warehouses, head office, etc) when required. During off peak times the candidate will be asked to complete other tasks, which could be customer service jobs on other areas of the business or different listing and product related maintenance tasks on Amazon. Full training will be provided for all tasks. The ideal candidate would have great communication skills, excellent written and spoken English language knowledge. They must be organised, reliable, accurate and quick learners. They MUST BE ABLE TO WORK DURING UK OFFICE HOURS (between 9 am – 6 pm GMT = ).
