Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

I am looking for a cold caller / appointment setter for my recruiting agency (Texas, USA based). I need someone with cold calling experience, who is not afraid to pick up the phone and set appointments. Starting at 4 hours per day, 5 days per week. (20 hours per week).
