Hi!! This is Taruna!! KB Tax Deviser CPAs mission is to assist Small Business Owners with tax and financial guidance that leads to incredible growth and wealth generation and we are currently looking for a Lead Generation Specialist / Marketing Assistant.

Are you…

- Someone who has Accounting and Marketing experience
- Someone who has experience generating leads using Linkedin and Linkedin automation tools
- Someone who has experience maintaining CRM, preferably Hubspot
- A People Person
- Persistent, aggressive, and driven
- Excellent in communication
- Speak and write Great English
- Very organized
- Very detail-oriented
- Positive attitude
- Very Resourceful
- Able to start immediately.
- Able to work from 9 am - 6 pm EST, Monday to Friday
- Someone who has a minimum internet speed of at least 20mbps.

Job Description:

* Handle LinkedIn Lead Generation using Automation software and other marketing-related tasks using Zapier/Hubspot workflow (Automation) to bring all leads into Hubspot and track its behavior
* Maintain Hubspot data integrity to prevent leakage in the marketing process
* Set up & promote webinars
* Creating HubSpot forms & landing pages as needed
* Schedule meetings

Note: Knowledge in Hubspot, Sendzilla, Canva, Zapier, and Integrated is a plus
