Chris Evans Industries is a San Francisco based company that private label products for online retail. We are looking for a Virtual Assistant (VA) who specializes in supporting entrepreneurs alike. The position requires the VA to serve in a remote capacity as the company’s representative, which demands poise, discretion, and exceptional people skills.
Additionally, the ability to work under pressure, remain flexible, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role.
The expectations include developing a working knowledge of the company’s products in order to support customer service, and most importantly the full commitment and attention to this position during employment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage the email inbox and respond to client emails as necessary within a timely manner.
• Fulfill all website orders via FBA - Fulfillment by Amazon
• Respond to customer’s inquiries and feedback on Amazon.com and company website within the established acceptable response time.
• Receive and make telephone calls on behalf of the company as required.
• Weekly projects and other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience
• Clear, precise and professional communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Demonstration in excellent customer service.
• Experience with social media, email marketing, SEO optimization, and online advertising.
• Basic Photoshop, AI, Coral experience is a plus.
• Ability to organize and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Ability to multi-task with various programs and learns new programs as required.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic – ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
