JOB OVERVIEW

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
• Solid grasp of time management skills
• Basic MS Office knowledge
• Sufficient Typing Skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service proficiency
• Must have a strong work ethic and a solid moral compass
• At least 2 years of work experience in a related field

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the company’s scheduling and routing software
• Receiving and handling billing
• Performing general customer service (phones, e-mail, etc.)
• Performing ad hoc administrative functions

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly Rate: PHP 190/Hour
13th Month Pay: Based on earned annual basic compensation / 12 months
Paid Time Off (PTO): 80 Hours Yearly Paid Time Off
Paid Holidays: 12 Paid Holidays (Mixed US and PH holidays)
Annual Hourly Rate Increase: Based on individual and company performance
Allowances:
• Share in PH Government Contributions (SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth) - Php 2,500/per month; eligible after probationary
period of 3 months.
• Health and Medicine – Php 20,000/year; eligible after 1 year of service
• Life Insurance – Php 10,000/year; eligible after 1 year of service
• WFH/Internet Allowance – Php 1,000/month; eligible after 1 year of service
