Email Outreach Specialist

Hello there! My name is Umar, founder of Nest Marketing. We are a growing Email Marketing Agency with multiple e-commerce stores and agency partners looking for an enthusiastic and professional Instagram Outreach specialist. The purpose of the outreach will be for acquiring them as clients to sell our service.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year doing outreach/ lead generation
- Minimum 1-year doing outreach via Email
- Minimum 1 year of using Instagram (must know layout)

Preferred:
If you have already worked as an outreach specialist for another agency

Your tasks as an Outreach specialist will Include:
1. Type and send 50 cold messages to e-commerce individuals/stores/brands regarding our service
2. Find these prospects and qualify them before sending messages
3. Replying to a certain extent before I take it over
4. Notifying me when there is an interested lead

We ask that you answer the questions below to help us get to know you.

Questions:
1. How long have you done outreach on Instagram, and are you very familiar with the app?
2. Do you have any examples of your work we can see of you doing outreach?
3. How long would it take you to find a qualified prospect and send out 50 messages?
4. What type of phone will you be using?
5. What city do you live in and where will you be working from?
6. Have you worked for an Email Marketing agency or outreach team before?
7. Write a mock script you have sent before.
8. Do you use, Gmail, and Instagram at least twice a week?

We are looking to grow very quickly in the next few months and this position will allow for opportunities to be moved to incentive-based pay and increased salaries.

We ask that if you do provide examples, that it be examples relevant to what the job describes.

Pay will start at $200 CAD/month. For every client closed, there will be a bonus of $300

Currently, you must be able to work at least 3hrs/day (including weekends).
