Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist

We are looking for a virtual Acquisitions Specialist that is experienced in closing deals for real estate wholesaling. You will follow up with leads, put them under contract, follow up with closing/disposition.

Please if you don’t have experience in closing deals don't apply!
you must understand how to:
determine repair costs and ARV
determine MAO
get contracts signed.
We are not looking for people to train we want an experienced deal closer

Qualifications:
Must have excellent English communication skills
Must be able to complete all assignments and adhere to all deadlines
A confident salesperson on the phone, email, and text.
Must have a computer with a stable Internet connection and headphones.
