Real estate cold caller

You will be doing a variety of tasks, which I will provide information and training for


Your top tasks include

*Cold calling probate leads, absentee owners, distressed leads and pre-foreclosures, (scripts will be provided)
* Skiptracing
* Creating a list of cash buyers
*Mass texting leads for wholesale deals
*Sending and responding to emails

I am looking for a part time employee (24 hrs a week, Monday- Saturday : 4 hrs a day). I HIGHLY prefer someone with cold calling and real estate experience
