eCommerce manager to work on a new store in a great environment

Looking for a virtual Shopify store manager for an emerging eCommerce store operating out of New York ---------- om the onset your work will include:
- Customer Support: answering emails, issuing refunds, addressing customer concerns;
- Onboarding New Products: uploading provided designs, adding product descriptions;
- Some general VA tasks/research;
- General Shopify store management;
- Graphic design skills are a bonus (but not a requirement);
I am not looking to hire someone for a short period of time, rather looking for a long term relationship, where based on performance there will be bonuses and a lot of growth opportunities. Down the line I am looking to add more eComm projects and build a bigger team over time.
