Middle America Homes is a real estate solutions company based in Fort Wayne, IN. We wholesale real estate in the Midwestern United States. We are looking for someone to fill a gap in our company in our sales department.

As a Cold Caller(Sales Development Representative) your primary role will be to call seller prospects that are provided to you and ask them qualifying questions. If a seller lead is determined to be qualified, the lead will need to be handed off to our senior sales team. This requires high communication skills, as you must effectively connect with sellers and understand their problems. Proficiency in English is also required to excel in this role.

Pay Structure:
Once hired, pay starts between USD $3.5- $7+/hr plus commissions. The minimum commission is PHP 5600(USD 100) and will increase to $250+ based on length of tenure with our company. This position will not be stagnant and will have many growth opportunities.
