Looking for Client Success VA

The Company: 2X is a fast-growing coaching and consulting company helping business owners all over the world scale their business and freedom faster than ever.

The Role: Client Success VA – To help 2X get to consistent $300k/month. You’ll achieve this by freeing up as much time as possible from the coaching team through initiatives like administrative, customer support and team management tasks, thereby allowing leadership to focus on the biggest opportunities at hand.

Location: You can work from anywhere you want as our entire team is virtual across the globe, but ideally you are in the U.S.

Hours: 40 hours per week

What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need?

- You have at least 1 year of experience of successfully being a virtual assistant, with a proven track record of saving time and keeping things organized and on track.
- You have a strong understanding of online technologies, including but not limited to, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Presentations, etc.), Google Mail, Google Calendar, Project Management Platform (ideally ClickUp or Asana), Social Media, etc.
- You have confidently interacted with outside people/parties as it relates to Austin’s daily communications, scheduling and requirements.
- Last but certainly not least, you have a proven track record of driving success and results in your career.

Some Of The Specific Role Functions

- Client Management
- Onboard & offboard clients
- Update client’s workbook/roadmaps, revenue, etc
- Maintain and update customer testimonials/success stories
- Manage client’s status and information
- Send emails/follow-ups and assign surveys to clients
- Team & Coach Support
- Manage call recordings
- Support the Director of Fulfillment and Head Coach on each coaching pods
- Attend meetings
- Manage projects in ClickUp
- Create reports and research
- And much more!
