Creative Director

Hi, we are Creatunity! We are a fast growing Ecommerce Agency seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our team for the role of Creative Director.

Position: Creative Director
Job Details:
Compensation: $1,500 to $2,000 USD (depending on experience)

Schedule: Part CST and Part Flexible


Responsibilities:
-Manage the creative process from concept to completion.
-Lead brainstorming meetings with the creative team and create new marketing concepts to communicate sales messages.
-Developing assets for marketing campaigns - storyboarding and translating ideas into effective marketing material - images,
video ads, etc.
-Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
-Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing assets.
-Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams.
-Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff.
-Manage graphic designers, video editors and content creation teams.
-Oversee Influencer team to deliver raw content for the creative team.

Requirements:
2+ Years in creative leadership role
2+ Years of experience in Ecommerce
Diverse range of experience in marketing, creative, video production, editing, copywriting, and similar.
Extensive knowledge of sales messaging, content production, graphic and video.
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
Must be able to demonstrate
