Boost Me is a new-aged Digital Marketing Agency that is constantly seeking new tea ---------- mbers to work with our diverse clients from all over the globe. We are a team of professional problem-solvers who nerd out on maximizing marketing results while minimizing ad spend. We optimize absolutely everything, carefully analyze data, and fine-tune campaigns and strategy so our clients always get the very best return out of their advertising investment. Our Clients trust us to fix what isn’t working with their ad campaigns and marketing strategy.

At the same time, we really care about keeping it fun, we are spending most of our days doing work, and there is no reason why we shouldn't be enjoying most of our time working together (we still have some bad days, we are not perfect)

What are we looking for:

-Mastering soft skills - fun & likable with good communication skills.
-Excellent English both verbal and written.
-At least 2 years of hands-on PPC management that gets great results for your clients.
-Experience with managing more than 5 clients at the same time with more than $3,000 monthly budget.
-You can lead strategic decisions & communications with multiple clients across different industries.
-You are confident with communicating the results and strategies to your tea ---------- mbers & clients.
-You have strong collaboration skills and good business sense
-You are thrilled by new ideas of marketing and you find it really interesting, you wake up every day excited to learn more about the marketing industry and you can't wait to apply the new learning that you had to your clients.
-You are continually raising the bar.


Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

-Be the main point of contact in managing clients, discussing their goals, and suggesting new ways to achieve their goals
-Perform deep analysis and suggest proactive measures to improve the results of the campaigns based on data-driven conclusions
-Manage PPC campaigns across social & paid networks including but not limited to Google Ads, FB, IG, TikTok, Pinterest etc (if you love to nerd out on one channel, that's great too!)
-Constantly improve your skills by self-learning & applying new strategies.
