About the role
The NetSuite Business Systems Analyst role is responsible for defining, communicating, tracking and driving business processes within internal systems. Day to day business process activities including business analysis, reporting, system and business support. The successful candidate should act as the key part within the company supporting other stakeholders and members, as well as working with other departments, such as our global business support, Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Marketing and IT.

Responsibilities
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions for all supply chain channels.
- Work with key stakeholders to enhance and refine models, dashboards, and analysis with the goal of helping them use our financial and operational results to better understand company performance.
- Drive better commercial outcomes for BioPak by freight analysis, scenario modelling, warehouse storage optimisation and cost efficiency.
- Determine item/stock & customer profitability encompassing, Cost of product, Storage, Local handling, Staff costs and Freight.
- Determine the forms of data input/output, how data is to be summarised and the formats required for reports and analysis.
- Review system information capabilities and workflows limitations to determine if the requested process or process change is possible within existing systems.
- Design and delivery of SQL queries and results.
- Participate in data analysis and provide reporting and dashboards with Power BI and NetSuite integration, scope and implement with internal or external resources.
- Identify and resolve data related issues, continuously improve data integrity within the ERP and other information systems.
- Partner with business stakeholders to create and develop new reporting solutions for global use.
- Reviewing and maintaining systems policies and procedures.
- Training and ongoing support to the tea ---------- mbers for ERP related usage.


Requirements
- 5+ years relevant professional experience in similar role.
- Experience or understanding of NetSuite ERP.
- Strong data extraction and analytics skills (SQL experience would be an advantage).
- Power BI exposure preferred or other data visualisation tool.
- Hands on approach, working with tea ---------- mbers.
- Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, be proactive and able to deliver within agreed deadlines.
