• Set personal and help in team's targets that are achievable and at par with the company
standards.
• Attend Unit, Sales Team, Branch, Cluster, Territory, Company, and Industry activities.
• Monitor daily activities and performance.
• Establish alternative courses of action for self and the branch manager to ensure the efficiency
of work.
• Convey information and ideas through variety of media to various individuals or groups in a
clear and concise manner
