JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Retail & E-commerce Company selling appliances to customers all over the USA.
We will be hiring several new employees to join the Order Fulfillment Department.
Your job will be to place orders & schedule deliveries. You need to be able to search our multiple warehouses for inventory. You also need to always be checking the Vendors Inventory. Also checking ETA’s. You will also be emailing the Vendors for merchandise orders to be fulfilled before other Retail Stores call to get that merchandise. You always need to make sure to order merchandise at the best possible cost price. You will be communicating constantly with the Manager of the orders/Deliveries Dept. You need to be very responsive all the time as Sales People will constantly be emailing you questions about inventory. There will also be other Miscellaneous Data Entry style jobs you will need to complete.

Hours will be EST USA Time zone from10AM to 6PM. That would be the night shift for the Philippines. This is a must as the nighttime USA hours will not work for us.
Must pay extreme Attention to detail for this job.
Must be very familiar with Excel.
Offering an excellent Salary + bonuses.
