Aloha! We are a home decor and gift boutique that specializes in coastal chic and tropical luxury. We are currently looking for a Offshore Support Staff with the following qualifications
Sales Support Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have a basic knowledge in Inventory Management
- Must have a basic knowledge in Purchase Orders - creating, receiving and transfers.
- Advance knowledge in Google Drive/Suiter (GSheet, GDocs, etc)
- Background in DEAR and Ship Station is a plus
- Report and Data Management
- Good Verbal and Written English Communication Skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Above average computer skills
- An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- An ability to work independently and as a team
- Good administrative skills
- Quick to learn
- Proactive and takes initiative
