JOB OVERVIEW

Experienced only, please.

Our marketing assistant and social media maestro will be a an online extraordinaire who can either manage and/or personally execute the planning, curation, and creation of social posts for a variety of client types for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google My Business for service-based businesses. We're a digital marketing agency and have worked with a variety of clients, although we're now also working on niching into marketing for medical offices and healthcare professionals. We already have an outsourced vendor for unlimited graphics as needed, but SOME one has to actually give them direction... and SOME one then also has to upload the images into the tool and ensure the proper captions are applied for each platform and scheduled accordingly... And that someone will hopefully be able to fill in the gaps that the vendors can't supply…

Another vendor we partner with supplies blog content, but we need someone to actually publish them to the ---------- will be a big bonus if you can also do some copywriting and/or editing on content we provide.

We love a sharp eye for typos, comma splices, and sentence variety.

Regarding social media, our post text and video captions must be spot on– even if that means we use a Chrome extension, app, or hire a friend to proof it for us, we do what it takes.

And words do matter, but hey, "an image is worth a 1000 words" and you know how to make them count! Whether you use Canva, Adobe products, or anything else, the tool doesn't matter nearly as much as the artist. After all, not everyone who holds a paintbrush can paint like Van ---------- 's not the paintbrush that has the magic, but the artist!

But getting our kicks for the media part of "social media" doesn't stop at graphics for our clients... we like to drip in some video editing too! If you're not already used to incorporating video into your social creations, you may be hungry to learn a little more for that extra edge in the content you create. We can feed you tools and trainings to satisfy that ---------- fact, we'll give you access to any tools you need to do the job.

But it would just be the icing on the cake for us if you could take the lead on creating some amazing stories for our FB and Insta profiles. And even more icing and maybe even a 2nd cake if you could take some initiative on fostering some engagement on our profiles... we don't want to just be a publication platform. We want to inspire conversations!

Speaking of the job, although the work can be fun and satisfying, ultimately as a company and Team, we care about our clients' goals before our own.

When we're onboarding a new client, we must be a quick study to emulate the look and tone as the voice of the business online. A big part of your magic is to create a feeling... You help the client feel like a hero to THEIR client. And THIS is why we keep clients ---------- 's not about ---------- 's about them. We respect and honor their brand based on THEIR goals.

As you've worked in the social space before, you are likely to realize that most scheduling tools are soooo much alike, and so little direction is ---------- most cases, you probably love it when we just "give you the keys" and let you go! Well, of course after we provide you access to our proprietary social media management tool. But other than that, let's goooo!!!!
