E-Retail Claims Manager

We are an 10 year old e-commerce company that sells home goods and we are looking for an agent that has experience dealing with customers who have issues with damages or lost packages. Good math and accounting skills ---------- will also include addressing order issues through emails/phone/chat with vendors and customers. This is a full time job requiring the person to be working 9AM to 6PM Central Standard Time.

Basic Requirements:
· Can consistently show up every day without being late or skipping days is an absolute must
· Is available to communicate any issues as far as being late or having absences
· Proficient with Google Sheets/Excel (spreadsheets) and Gmail
· Patience in dealing with angry customers and good math/accounting skills is a must.

Technical Requirements
· Computer with at least 8gb of memory and 2 monitors (22" or larger)
· A good headset and ability to do video chat
· Strong and reliable internet connection
· Knowledge of drop-shipping and order processing/management
· Good writing skills (sentence structure, grammar, conveying a happy/professional tone)
· Fast typing skills (40-60 words per minute)
· Ability to multi-task quickly and answer 150+ emails a day while taking phone calls/chat

Must have good communication and attendance and be ok with being monitored via screensharing software

Salary is paid twice a month.
Salary is initially $ ---------- per month based on skill set and experience with end of year bonus and potential for annual raises
