Real Estate Acquisitions Support
A real estate acquisitions specialist is responsible for property acquisitions, generally pursuing existing properties for investment companies, real estate investment firms or sponsors. They find, analyze, negotiate, and process the purchase of investments or commercial real estate or residential real estate properties.

You will FIND qualified leads and research properties, evaluate the deal based on criteria that we're looking for such as CAP rate or cash on cash return.

This role requires someone with a high attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong cold calling skills and sales tactics are needed as ---------- sentially someone who is not afraid to be professionally and reasonably aggressive to move leads through the sales pipeline is a great fit!

Requirements
- Prior real estate industry knowledge/experience (especially REI)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Past experience working with prospective and motivated real estate sellers

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

-Build rapport with new prospects
-Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract in a timely manner
-Follow-up with previous sales conversations, to maximize outcome
-Manage and utilize the CRM to accurately document interactions and next steps for all -prospects
-Negotiate contracts to purchase real estate investments
