80 Proof Digital is a Digital Marketing Agency based out of Downtown Toronto, Canada. We focus on SEO. We have clients of all sizes and in a variety of industries, but our main target market is enterprise level clients. We pride ourselves with being a boutique but highly skilled agency. We strive to be one of the best agencies in Canada in the Digital Marketing space and we have the resources to accomplish that. SEO Writer and Outreach Pro
We are looking to add a talented SEO Writer and Outreach Specialist to our rapidly growing agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing SEO blog posts and outreach to industry publications and blogs to get our blog posts featured there. I will pay fixed price per successfully published links only. I may also be looking for you to post content on our own blog if your writing is very good.

Key Management Areas of Responsibility
• Communication to team and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results
• Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and development
• Perform keyword research to optimize content and uncover new opportunities
• Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific
• Able to do outreach for guest blogging
• Knowledgeable and successful at broken link building (identify broken links, replicate the content that is not longer available on our own blog and then reach out to have the broken link replaced with our own content)
• Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results

• CRITICAL: Able to work under minimal supervision (setup own tasks and accountable to complete the tasks)
• High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
• Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills

Professional Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years experience writing in the SEO field
• Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google Keyword Planner, WordTracker, Term Explorer, Long Tail Pro, Keyword Discovery, etc)
• Experience working with SEO Tools that would help you identify broken link building opportunities (Ninja Outreach, Scrapebox, etc.)
• Experience with white hat link building techniques such as guest posting, outreach, broken link building, etc. is a must
• High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Compensation & Benefits
Major SEO Publications (i.e. Search Engine Land, Moz, etc.) - $250-400
Major Publications (Forbes, Business.com, HP, B2C, etc.) - $250-500
Industry relevant guest posts - $25-100

Other Important Mentions
Prices are negotiable on a case by case basis.
I'm not interested in websites that anyone can write for (article directories, social media sites, web 2.0s, etc.). If you want to post on these sites you can, but I don't think it'd be worth your time what I'm willing to pay for these types of links.
