Recruitment Sourcer - must have Linkedin experience

We're looking for a stand-out Recruitment Sourcer who can help us as our team expands.
The right person must have previous experience working in recruitment and sourcing candidates via LinkedIn.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Source top talent as per role given
* Supporting our recruitment consultant and partnering with our remote existing team
* Maintaining the Applicant Tracker System
* Scheduling and arranging phone interviews
* Linkedin searching and shortlisting candidates

REQUIREMENTS:
* Good English communication
* Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment sourcing or call centre chat experience
* Excellent time-management and organizational skills
* Can work with less supervision
