T-Shirt & Banner Ad designer - ideally, a sci-fi/fantasy 'geek'

This is a project-based role, with sufficient work to be part-time. If the designs prove popular, the role may develop into a FT position, as we have broader graphic design needs beyond T-Shirts.

We're looking for a capable T-shirt designer with a real interest in fantasy/sci-fi/super hero genres. This is not essential, but would help. If you already get your inspiration from places like deviantart, then we may be a great fit.
Ability to sketch/draw freehand is preferred as creative designs will be asked for. If you can only create by tracing/using graphical tools, but cannot draw freehand, it is unlikely that you will have the qualities necessary for the work.
Portfolios are essential. We will judge your suitability mainly by existing work - your resumé will be secondary.
