Mandatory Experience and Skills
1 - analytical thinking skills
2 - 3+ years VA in ecommerce - Need to have a strong skill that you bring to the table such as shopify management, wholesale order management, financial analysis, ad campaigns with facebook or google, E-commerce wholesale, product research, product management, online marketing, Amazon product research are all examples. A willingness to learn is important but not sufficient for this role.
3 – C2 English Mastery (you will be communicating via email and phone with vendors and customers in the US)
4 - Strong spreadsheet skills, Attention to Detail (you will be making product order decisions in detail)

Overall Skills - Time Management, Integrity, Dependability and Kindness, Able to take direction, An excellent communicator, Solid organizational skills

Advanced Experience (higher pay) -
1 - project management
2 - team management
3 - ecommerce tools and techniques

Overall Duties – will depend on your experience. We need help with social media marketing, wholesale order management, financial analysis , and advertising (amazon, facebook and google)


Location – The business is based in USA but this position is online, and therefore can be done remotely from home. Reliable internet is required. We will be conducting interview video meetings on skype. See expectations #1 below for more.

Expectations

1 - We are generally looking for full time Hours 40 hrs / week total M-F. First three months are training and will be expected to be available during 9-5 CST for discussion/skype sessions/help. However, also open to part time if you have lots of experience
2 - After training period, hours worked are flexible with at least 4 hours per day overlap with CST. for discussion and meeting. Other 4 hours would be according to your desired schedule


Compensation
1 - $600 USD, up to $1200 USD month based on experience. paid biweekly via veem
2 – 120 hours paid time off per year, accrued based on hours worked
3 – 13th month pay
4 - Profit share after first year of work
