JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a part-time, as needed long term assistant who can join our growing team and be a long term asset to our company. The position can possibly turn into full time with benefits.

You will be responsible for various administrative tasks on the back end of our Amazon Seller account. If you are familiar with the way an Amazon Seller account works, that is a plus. Of course, we are willing to train the right candidate for the position.

Some of the tasks include:
- Online Research for product and wholesaler information
- Reconciling Inventory Shipped Vs. Received
- Fixing Amazon Product Pages
- Opening Cases with Amazon for Reimbursement
- Creating Amazon Product Pages
- Creating Removal and/or Disposal Orders
- Comparing products on major US online retailers
- Adding products that meet our criteria to our spreadsheet
- Other Tasks As They May Arise

If you are looking for a long term position and are ready and willing to be trained, we would love to talk with you more! We would like a dedicated assistant that is available for future full-time work. Raises and bonuses will follow with satisfactory work performance.

You will need to be fluent in English and very detail oriented. Most of all, take pride in your work. MUST be reliable! If you disappear for more than 24 hours without letting us know, your service will be automatically terminated.
