VA for e-commerce

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our rapidly growing e-commerce company and expand our team. We are focused on recruiting for the long-term - you will start with part-time and transition to full-time based on performance. Pay will be based on your experience and regular pay raises and 13th month will be based on performance.
KEY ROLES
- Creating new listings, managing customer queries, making supplier contacts and shipping
- Inventory management – checking inventory levels and placing re-order
- Distributor research – maintaining working relationships with distributors/brands and re-ordering products as necessary

SKILLS REQUIRED
Technical skills:
- Excellent problem solving skills and customer service
- Excellent computer skills (excel, word, canva, photoshop is an asset)
- Excellent English (Verbal & Written) and communication skills (REQUIRED)
- Graphics design skills, photo editing are assets
- Reliable Internet Connection + Suitable Laptop/Desktop

SCHEDULE
Work schedule is 20 hrs per week Monday-Friday, with possibility to transition to Full Time.
You will be required to use time tracker software that takes screenshots of your work progress. We require that you work for us 100% of the time in your schedule. Working multiple jobs is not acceptable.
