Voice over artist

Hi I am looking for a voice over artist to do a stuck-up British voice that American viewers will still clearly ---------- will be for very very short tik tok videos, playing a rich bird who is constantly annoyed at having to loan his friend money. This will be a recurring role if the brand is successful.
