Video and image animator

Hi I am looking for an animator who can work with my team on creating short animated videos and pictures. Our current system consists of a single image animator creating still images in adobe animator and then exporting the individual layers over to our video editors who then use character animator, after effects, and premiere to turn them into videos. As far as we know we just need a stills animator but are open to any improvements or talented people.

This would be a mix of character animations and backgrounds as well as texts and logos. We are making our own little animated world and I would be relying on this person to churn out anything from characters based on written descriptions and real-life pictures to making backgrounds and such.

We come from social media and TV where we shoot real people and this is relatively new to us.
If you know a better system/workflow for animations… we are all ears. We are accepting applications from still image animators and video animators.
