JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Assisting with daily operations of ---------- e-commerce channel management.
2. Assisting with product listing updates.
3. Triaging and escalating customer requests as needed.
4. Systematizing customer service processes to make your job easier.
5. Helping with product catalog organization and larger channel optimization projects.
6. Coordinate with marketing and product teams to create content for new product launches.
7. Assisting with the development of other e-commerce channels by creating listings, updating product images, copy, and attributes.
8. Responding to customer service inquiries approximately 1 hour per ---------- SIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A minimum of one year of work experience
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills;
3. Experience or familiarity with eCommerce, specifically selling on ---------- , is preferred but not required.
4. Excellent problem-solving capability and attention to detail;
5. Technology fluency. You must have an aptitude for learning web-based applications and understanding technology-related products. For example, you understand how to use a USB-C docking station and can troubleshoot basic computer problems.
