Social Media Manager | Full-time | Weekly Pay

We are currently looking for a social media expert/guru with experience in designing and building posts on social media platforms. You will be working closely with our Assistant Marketing Director and co-founder to design and create posts for ads and social posts that will increase engagement on our ---------- will be your job to stay on top of posting and scheduling posts every day.

You will also be working on tons of different projects for one of the fastest-growing real estate companies in the United States. You’ll have an opportunity to develop your own social media strategy, try different visual approaches, and constantly think outside the box.

We are looking for a long-term FULL-TIME person who can work on daytime EST hours, committed individuals who are wanting to establish a career for themselves.

Your Responsibilities

• Create social media postings on all platforms every day
• Help design & develop social media graphics
• Create social media post contents and schedule them

Required Skills and Experience

• Know how to get max reach on all posts (organic and paid)
• Detail oriented with a great eye for design
• Ability to prioritize your workload
• Open to feedback and critique
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and are well organized
• Comfortable interfacing on Zoom and Google meetings, presenting designs and taking live feedback during meetings

Nice to Have (but not required)

• Light retouching skills on graphics are helpful (e.g. Photoshop)
• Experience with creating social media graphics
• Experience with video editing to create short GIFs for emails using content pulled from stories or YouTube videos

Full-time hours: 40 per week
