Video Editor For Personal Brand (Gary Vee, Alex Hormozi Style)

Looking for a Full Time video editor for my personal brand.
Primarily I am looking for someone who is able to do what Gary Vee, Alex Hormozi and Iman Gadzhi do where they create 1 main pillar content for Youtube (with zooms, cuts, music, etc... to create an engaging video), and then turn those into short viral clips to be posted on IG reels and Tiktok with cuts, effects, subtitles, etc... You might also be in charge of other edits randomly throughout the week for our brand but the main focus will be the personal brand.
