We are a business coaching and consulting organization. We help small businesses with the strategies and systems they need to grow more quickly without all the stress and struggle. Part of the services we offer are digital marketing services. We help them with their complete digital presence and lead/customer acquisition systems.
*Role Description*
The administrative assistant is truly a key role in to helping the CEO maintain high levels of support and care to the clients and team as a hole. This person works directly with the CEO helping organize and managing daily schedule, communications, and responsibilities. This role also helps manage some of the basic marketing and sales database and content. This person helps schedule and manage events and speaking engagements. This person is truly a lynch pin for the organization and highly valued in their ability to help the CEO and the company as a whole running effectively and efficiently.
*Required Skills and Experience*
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, help prioritize
- Schedule and coordinate tea
- Manage and organize
- Prepare communications, such as memos,
- Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Knowledge of how to use a CRM and
- Writing Skills: Content and articles
- Basic photo and video editing, especially Canva
- Researching and curating information for presentations, etc.
- Phone skills for coordinating appointments
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements
- CRM/Database Record management
- New Client Setup
- Ability to think, problem solve, and act independently
- Record and implement specific directions precisely
- Ability to work independently without extensive oversight
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly
