We are a fast growing real estate investing company looking for acquisition associate. Our acquisition associates cold call homeowners that are motivated to sell their property, gather information about the property, and schedule appointments for the US based team.
This role is for results oriented indivduals that are able to perform in a sales environment. The right individual for this role must be willing to work US. hours. Team members in our team will receive competitive base pay as well as incentive pay based on performance (up to $150 for any house purchased as a result of appointment set).
Responsibilities:
Cold calling / appointment setting (70% of role)
Contact homeowners (via phone) based on lead spreadsheet.
Document information around current condition repairs needed) and circumstance owner sale timeline) of home
Coordinate appointment with homeowner and US based team.
Update spreadsheet with information collected on the call
Administrative tasks (30% of role)
Accessing online lead information and entering data into spreadsheets.
Collecting telephone numbers/information and filling it into spreadsheets.
