Video Genius for a growing YouTube Channel

Are you a video genius? Well maybe not a genius but I am looking for someone with great attention to detail that can make my videos look ---------- 2021 I started my YouTube channel and am completely blown away at what it has done for my business.

I’m a local REALTOR and people are searching for real estate information about neighborhoods, communities, prices, pros, and cons, and I have been happily providing it to them.

I created 120 Videos in 2021 and I am looking to triple that this year.

I have the gear, scrips, lighting, I just need the editor.

I am looking for someone who…

Can render and edit it 4K(if you can only do 1080, I’m sorry but please don’t apply for this posting)

What software and program do you edit in?

How will we share raw footage and completed films back and forth?

Has extensive green screen experience and can clean up spills with minimal noise left over

Can create a smooth consistent workflow

Can add creative elements like names, subscribe button, calls to action, text, graphics, photos and make the videos engaging.

Most of my content up to this point has been shot with Go Pro Hero 7 4k that is in an H264 Codec so experience with this is a huge benefit.

I have a brand new Sony camera that I saved all my pennies for last year and can't wait to use it. I want to introduce a new V-log style of video that I think my viewers will really like.

I looking at creating a lot of fun content where I just go and shoot talk and then it gets turned over for you to edit.

So if you have V-log, color grading experience, and storytelling experience PLEASE include these in your sample work for me to review and watch.

This is a part-time position but could very easily turn into a full-time gig, please let me know what you could commit to for time and number of hours of editing per week/per month
