eCommerce Customer Service (Australia) - eBay, Amazon, Kogan

We are not just looking for a Virtual Assistant to just fill a job. This is a long-term position a stepping stone to joining a top e-Commerce company based in Australia.

As you review the description, we welcome any questions you may have about the position or our team. The position will start at 10-20 hours per week and gradually increase to 30-40 hours per week over a 30-day period as we train you. All possibilities for raises are based on work performance.

Working hours will be during the Australian Eastern Daylight Time Zone (AEDT) 10 am – 6 pm. The schedule can be discussed but must be available to work about 0.5-1 hour on Saturdays and Sundays (any time). For the public holidays, you may require to follow on the Victoria, Australia’s public holiday – which means you can take the day off during the Victoria, Australia (Both States and National) holidays (still get paid), but require to work on Philippine holidays.

Position Overview
Your role will be to handle customer service-related inquiries for multiple marketplaces (including eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Kogan, Catch, Mysale, and Woocommerce). It's a long-term full-time job that requires you to work on a daily basis.

It will be your job to:
- Customer Service via Email, ticket system, and online chat tool.
- Handling customer-related issues (returns, shipping delays, etc...)
- Follow up customer’s review & feedback
- Communicate with warehouse for order-related inquires
- Daily Report
