Personal Assistant for Quality Dental Group

We are a fast-growing dental business, based in London and South East of England, who are looking for an administrative assistant to join our young & dynamic team.

Our Mission : We are the feel good dentists and want to transform the image of dentistry to one which makes people feel good within themselves and excited about their oral health.
Working Hours: 40hrs per week average. Hours to be confirmed.

We are looking for a passionate person that is looking to grow with us.
Successful candidates will have excellent organisational skills and knowledge of MS Office, Google GSuite with a particular focus on Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Mail and Calendar. Your main duties will be to provide support to the Directors and Senior Management by assisting in daily office needs and manage our company’s general administrative activities.

Responsibilities:
· Prepare and monitor invoices
· Organise and schedule jobs
· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
· Update and maintain office policies and procedures
· Submit and reconcile data reports
· Creation and maintenance of office management systems and procedures
· Dealing with email and telephone inquiries
· Creation of contracts, letters, documents and reports
· Organise travel arrangements for manager and staff
· Assist manager when is required
. Updating payment records

Competencies:
· Time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
· Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills

Requirements:
Familiarity with, Microsoft Office (Excel knowledge is important), Adobe Photoshop,
