Your primary job is going to be making outbound calls to potential prospects and receiving inbound calls from customer...while talking to the customer detailed notes should be taken...you will have to learn how to navigate are easy to use software...everything else will be secondary I need someone that's willing to be prepared to do any task I need from them as a virtual assistants...
