Social Media Virtual Assistant (Psychology Background)

We are looking for a full-time Social Media Virtual Assistant who is well-versed in social media management and tools. You will be working with our team and reporting to the project manager on our company's varied website and social media activities. The ideal candidate must be tech-savvy, creative, and constantly learning new market trends.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Researches on social media trends and works on strengthening the company's social media presence
- Creates interesting posts, images, and videos to be shared
- Creates content that focuses on increasing audience engagement
- Writes compelling caption for social media posts
- Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
- Develop multi-cultural graphics that reflect inclusion of all regardless of race, religion, sexual preference, ability, etc.
- Successfully develop, lead and execute the "2022 in 2022" social media campaign ensuring that each of our key platforms "FaceBook, IG, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, and Youtube". Creating an environment on all platforms that is alive with loads of interaction, tons of information sharing, and a community filled with wellness and goodwill
- Design any type of graphics and videos that can help our brand
- Other Ad-hoc tasks

ABOUT YOU:

For this position, you must possess the following qualities to be successful:

Job Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Must be a Psychology graduate or any related course (Psychometrician would be great!)
- Professional level designing skills on Canva, Doodly, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
- Can write and speak English fluently
- Detail-oriented and focused
- Takes initiative and is willing to learn
- Promote the brand and all of the various functions that are being offered
- Develop SPECIFIC strategies for the individual platforms
- Able to understand the use of pop culture to inspire, entertain and bring awareness to our mental health brand
- Be able to devote full-time to complete the goal

I am a marriage and family therapist who owns a group practice and is looking to add additional products to my clients that include: YouTube videos, podcasts, planners, online courses, newsletters, etc. We have 4 clinicians within the practice with me. I also have 3 absolutely amazing VAs. I would love to have you join us and contribute to our company!
