Bad-Ass “Integrator & Sidekick” Wanted at Real Estate Investment Firm

Hi - I’m Pascal and I run a multi-million dollar real estate investment firm that provides privatized affordable housing to working professionals in the United States.

**What is the role:**

I’m looking for an integrator that will work alongside me during Denver, CO hours (9am-5pm Mountain Standard Time). This is for you if you are someone who loves working in the gray and can help me translate ideas into clear plans, actions, and results. You are the type of person who will get energy from taking personal & business tasks off of my plate and ultimately help me focus on higher leverage tasks.

You’ll be managing information flow, dealing with basic financial management, attending meetings, and doing planning and organizing. You might manage teams for a project or lead a meeting to get a project accomplished. You’re able to “see around corners” for me. You’ll learn quickly what I need, what my strengths and weaknesses are, what might trigger stress, and how to best accommodate my style. You’ll take both business & personal tasks off of my plate.

You’re a troubleshooter, translator, help desk attendant, diplomat, human database, travel consultant, and ambassador.

Success in this role = making my life easier.

**Example Tasks Include:**

- You will monitor & respond to emails in my inbox for requests for information.
- I will need you to download statements and documents on a weekly or monthly basis and organize them into my online shared drive folders.
- Handle any of my returns with issues ordering packages on Amazon or other online sources

This role will start with a $12,000/yr salary and up to an additional $5,000 in bonuses in your first year.

**What does the interview process look like:**

First you’ll fill out our initial intake form, then if we’re an initial good fit, I’ll have you record a 1 minute video. Following the video, I’ll ask you to take an Inner Matrix Assessment and we’ll do a 30 minute video interview. If we’re grooving, thereafter do a paid 1 day working ---------- om there, we’ll both understand if it’s a good fit and if we want to work together.
